Briefing
Send us a Word doc, a PDF, or a paragraph of what you need. If you have a design, great. If you don't, we'll connect you with a designer or use our templates. We'll confirm we understand the brief before quoting.
Quoting
We send a written quote, usually within one business day. It lists paper weight, binding, finishing, quantity and delivery — no hidden line items. If we think you can save money with a different spec, we'll say so.
Proofing
You'll get a digital proof for sign-off before anything goes on press. We don't print without your explicit OK. For larger runs, we can arrange a physical proof too.
Production & delivery
We print, laminate, bind and pack. For schools, we sort by class. For businesses, we deliver to your office. Door-to-door courier across South Africa — or pickup if you're local.
